Contropolis Massachusetts is This Weekend

For Immediate Release:  The guest announcements are complete. The panel and photo op schedules are posted. Travel arrangements for over thirty guests are finalized. The next stop on Altered Reality Entertainment’s inaugural Contropolis tour, presented by Cardi’s Furniture & Mattresses, is this weekend in Marlborough, Massachusetts at the Royal Plaza Trade Center, June 16-18, 2023.

At Contropolis, fans of pop culture will enjoy meeting stars of stage, screen, wrestling ring, and comic book page. Watch them on stage as they tell stories of their careers and experiences. Bring home a lifetime of memories with autographs from, and photographs with, your favorites. Shop for comic books and collectibles with some of the best vendors in the country. Cosplay favorite characters and compete for prizes at the event’s costume contest.

Headlining this year’s Contropolis Massachusetts are superhero legend Lou Ferrigno, Joey Fatone of ‘NSYNC fame, and Hall of Fame wrestlers Honky Tonk Man and Jake the Snake Roberts.

Recent guest announcements have included James Pax, best known for Big Trouble in Little China, Sesame Street puppeteers Kevin Clash and Steve Whitmire, Land of the Dead’s Eugene Clark, and from The Mandalorian and Evil, Marti Matulis.

Tickets are still available at www.contropolisma.com. VIP, weekend, and daily admission are available and will be sold at the door while supplies last. Children under 6 are free. First responders, military, and educators can receive 20% off the cost of tickets when purchased at the door with ID.

Attendees are encouraged to download the Altered Reality Entertainment mobile app from the Apple app store and Google Play. The mobile app, which is a one-stop shop for all Altered Reality events, features lists of guests, artists, and vendors with their booth numbers, as well as event schedules and professional photo ops.
