Imaginarium: A Frozen Fantasy

As the new year starts off with a bang, several of Tampa's local top DJs are coming together to kick it off with a fresh new event.

Imaginarium: A Frozen Fantasy, will bring together some of the best local and national talent in the dance music and EDM (Electronic Dance Music) scene. The event which is being hosted by Black Rose Entertainment, and What We Live For Studios is sure to bring together a diverse crowd searching to dance and “rave” the night away. The event will feature Innocent Victims as the headlining act. If you are familiar with the dance community you may have seen Innocent Victims at Imagine festival the past two years. When asked for comment about the event Eryck Crespo “Innocent Victims” stated, “I LOVE LAMP”.

"The electronic dance music scene is often portrayed poorly by the mainstream media, but as DJs we want to show the masses that its not all about drugs and substance abuse. Rather, it is about love and the love of music," said Ryan "BAKTRK" McGovern, one of the DJs performing at Imaginarium.

Basil Scruby better known as DJ Slimeball said, "I love what I do, and I love creating an amazing picture that will make my audience think about what is happening in the now, I essentially like to remind people to be in the present moment."

"Imaginarium is just one of many events where I get to travel and meet new people while making an impact through my music" said Matthew McGovern, also known as Fixnnz. Fixnnz a Chicago native DJ, is flying in for the event. When asked to describe his feelings on the event, he replied "Eskettiiittt"

Imaginarium: A Frozen Fantasy will be held January 13th, 2018, 10pm to 3am, at What We Live For Studios 9631 Denton Ave, Hudson, FL 34667. 5 DJs will be bringing their best to party with you, as well as fire spinners and go-go dancers. Tickets are only $20 and the event is 18 and up.

In the words of Taylor "TR33KLIMBR" Gravely, "I’m excited to debut new music that I’ve been working on and to entertain everyone by showing them what’s to come. I love the scene because you have all these people from different backgrounds coming together for one thing and that’s to dance and forget all of their problems and enjoy the night."
