We are pleased to announce the successful completion of a comprehensive video conferencing system installation at Kemira Chemicals in Bradford. At the heart of the system is a large-format Samsung 85″ commercial TV display screen, providing clear and vibrant visuals for all participants. This screen is strategically mounted on a robust floor plate and pole system, ensuring stability and a professional aesthetic.
To guarantee superior audio and video quality, we integrated a Yealink conferencing system. This includes:

• Yealink UVC86 Dual-Eye Tracking Camera: Positioned above the screen, this camera offers intelligent tracking capabilities, ensuring all participants remain clearly visible throughout the meeting. Its dual-eye functionality provides a more natural and engaging video conferencing experience.
• Four Yealink CS10 Low-Profile 2-Way Coaxial Ceiling Loudspeakers: Discreetly installed in the ceiling, these speakers deliver clear and evenly distributed audio, minimizing echo and ensuring all participants can hear clearly.
• Two Yealink CM20 Beamforming Ceiling Microphones: Strategically placed above the meeting room table, these microphones utilize beamforming technology to capture voices with exceptional clarity, while minimizing background noise.
• Yealink AVHub: This central processing unit, housed in a discreet cupboard, seamlessly integrates all audio and video components, simplifying management and ensuring optimal performance.

For seamless laptop connectivity, we incorporated a practical angled floor box plate. This houses a fibre optic HDMI cable and an active USB cable, providing a secure and aesthetically pleasing connection to the AVHub, ensuring high-bandwidth data transmission for smooth video conferencing.
