Increase Mahindra Tractor Life In Summer | Diamond B Tractors & Equipment

We know for farmers, summers can be jam-packed with planting and harvesting, so the last thing you want is for your tractor to break down.

That's where Diamond B Tractors & Equipment comes in. We keep a wide range of Mahindra tractor parts and authorized tractor dealers and here to help you keep your tractor running all summer long - no matter how hot it gets!

Fill the tank with new fuel

Keeping your tractor running all summer ensures you have fresh fuel in the tank. Old fuel can break down and clog your fuel system, causing your tractor to run poorly or not at all.

If you haven't used your tractor in a while, drain the old fuel and add fresh fuel before starting it up. You can also add a fuel stabilizer to your tank to help keep the fresh fuel longer.

Inspect and clean the battery

The battery is one of the most crucial parts of your tractor. Without a working battery, your tractor won't start.

Inspect the battery for any damage and clean the terminals if they are dirty. If the battery is more than three years old, it might be time to replace it.

Estimate the tire condition

Before you start using your tractor, check the condition of the tires. Look for any cracks or cuts in the tread and sidewalls.

If the tires are in good condition, check the pressure to ensure they are at the correct level. Overinflated or underinflated tires can cause problems while you are operating the tractor.

Check belts for cracking

Another essential part of your tractor to inspect is the belts. These can include the drive belt, fan belt, and mower deck belt.

Look for any cracks or fraying and replace the belts if necessary. Worn belts can cause your tractor to overheat or not work correctly.

Regularly check the brakes, hydraulic system, and power take-off

The brakes, hydraulic system, and power take-off are all essential parts of your tractor that must be regularly checked.

Ensure the brakes are in good condition and the hydraulic fluid is at the correct level. The power take-off should also be checked to ensure it is working correctly.

Service fuel injectors

If your tractor has fuel injectors, they must be serviced regularly. Fuel injectors can become clogged with dirt and debris, causing your tractor to run poorly.

Our professionals can clean and service your fuel injectors, keeping them working properly.

Sharpen the blade attachments

If your tractor has blade attachments, such as a mower deck, it is essential to keep them sharp. A dull blade will not cut the grass effectively and can cause damage to the tractor.

Sharpen the blades regularly to ensure they are working correctly.

Make maintenance a priority.

Ensuring your tractor is adequately maintained is the best way to keep it running all summer. Our professionals can help you with all your tractor needs, from regular maintenance to repairs.

Whether a used farm, lawn, or small tractor for sale in Texas, we are responsible for all your tractor's maintenance. So you can focus on your work. Our top priority is keeping your tractors running all summer long with our excellent service.
