Crawfish Cravers Awareness Day

Louisiana-Well, the official start of Spring is just around the corner, and coinciding with this season is an awesome holiday.  March 20 is Crawfish Cravers Awareness Day, a holiday to educate crawfish lovers on the history and origin of crawfish.  The holiday was founded by a native of Louisiana-where approximately 93% of crawfish is in North America, and the first state to have crustaceans.  For Crawfish Cravers Awareness Day 2022, the 20th person to tweet 'Happy Crawfish Cravers Awareness  Day with one fact about the holiday (besides the date) @crawfishcravers will win a free crawfish meal at a restaurant selected by the holiday founder, compliments of Crawfish  Cravers Awareness  Day.  The founder says "It is imperative for persons to know the history of crawfish, and know what they're eating.  As a Louisiana native, I am delighted to share Louisiana's culture and history with other states who have emulated it."
