In October 2019, the second edition of Esport Forum Gaming took place, whose main goal was to promote digital entertainment and electronic sports in business and marketing circles. The live stream of the event gathered over 20,000 spectators in front of the monitor screens, who were able to listen to 57 speakers on 2 stages: educational and business. In total, the broadcast lasted 15 hours, during which invited experts - journalists, coaches, streamers, organizers of esports tournaments, representatives of esports teams and game publishers, who shared knowledge and experience with the community of marketers and fans of esports and gaming.
In recent weeks, there has been a fundamental change in the functioning of societies and businesses. We are moving towards a digital reality where work and entertainment consumption are remote. Esports companies have started to see rapid growth - streaming platforms have increased both streaming hours and the number of viewers on broadcasts, and Steam has seen over 20 million CS:GO players at one point. In addition, we are seeing a phenomenon where traditional sport moves to e-tracks or e-turf and becomes an esports. This is a huge challenge for the gaming industry and a good opportunity for marketers who can precisely reach an increasing target audience with communication. Therefore, the creators of Esport Forum Gaming - Devils.one, Fantasyexpo, Mediacom and Polsat Games - decided to create an online event that will bring the current health of the esports and gaming industry closer and will indicate trends for the coming time as well as the challenges faced by entities operating in this environment.

Forecasts set at the turn of 2019 and 2020 indicated that in 2025 the number of esports fans will exceed 19 million and active players 9 million. Will this dynamic increase in pace in the current situation or is it a temporary peak?
