Overall this new concept apartment building has us intrigued. Pamboukis states his goals is to, “Give back the most important thing in life to the residents in his building, time.” The units are able to come furnished for an additional monthly fee allowing new tenants to simply walk in with their clothes. There is a waiting list of approximately 55, and growing everyday. The target demographic interested in leasing has been anyone from students to seniors. The building seems to be attracting a lot of attention with its amenity offering. Hayes Property Management out of North Canton Ohio has been selected to manage the building and leasing begins 5/15/19.
