Carbon steel elbows are prone to rust, have high maintenance costs (requires regular corrosion protection), and have a service life of about 5-15 years.
Stainless steel elbow: The surface color is silver-white (glossy after polishing), special welding materials (such as 308/316 welding wire) are required during welding, which can be polished/passivated to maintain beauty. Stainless steel elbows have strong corrosion resistance, low maintenance cost, and service life of more than 20 years.

Choose carbon steel elbow:
The budget is limited and the media is corrosion-free (such as air-conditioning water systems).
Need to bear high-strength pressure (such as high-pressure steam pipelines).
Note: Anti-corrosion treatment (such as 3PE coating) must be carried out in buried or humid environments.
Choose stainless steel elbow:
Corrosive media (such as hydrochloric acid, seawater).
Hygiene/cleaning requirements (such as food factories, pharmaceutical pipelines).
High or low temperature extreme environments (such as liquid nitrogen pipelines).
