Kalamazoo Industries announces on-line product registration

Kalamazoo Industries has added on-line product registration to its web site. Customers are asked to register their equipment by model number, serial number, and date of purchase.  This will ensure timely processing of any potential warranty claims.
For customers with older equipment, registration of just the model number and serial number can make getting the correct replacement part easier. This is especially true when parts and components have undergone modifications over the years. All our equipment is manufactured in the USA from USA-made parts. In the unlikely event of a recall (we’ve never had to issue one so far) we can alert customers in a timely manner to any potential problems.
