The Carpe Diem in Torrox Costa, a favoured venue has recently been taken over. It has been refurbished to give a relaxed and fresh dining experience and renamed Los Hermanos

Los Hermanos is run by two Belgium brothers, Fabian and Yvan, with Fabian in charge of the kitchen and Yvan representing the front of house.
The menu has been completely revamped to suit their French style of cooking including garlic prawns, snails and frogs legs as a choice of starters. A superb selection of various meat and fish dishes, all served with a variety of their homemade sauces, and also a great selection of salad dishes.
We were fortunate enough to be invited to the pre opening lunch, where we were treated to a fabulous meal. To start we experienced the Garlic Prawns in White Wine which were sensational.
There is a comprehensive beverage menu that is reasonably priced, so if you feel like popping in for just a drink you will be made to feel equally welcome.
Los Hermanos is open everyday from 10.00 to 22.30 for breakfast, meals and drinks except Tuesday, and Monday where it closes at 17.00. In addition to their main menu, they also have a set dish for every day of the week. Highly Recommended!
