Mercersburg, PA—7/23/19 —  The Mercersburg Vibrancy Steering Committee announces its formation with the endorsement of the Mercersburg Borough Council. The Mercersburg Vibrancy Steering Committee plans to hire a Municipal Planner to, among other duties, manage the approved local improvement projects, and review and approve grant requests for services and stakeholders in the Mercersburg area.
