Advocate Greshun De Bouse: Trump Prudent to Not Issue COVID Mask Mandates

Nationwide-Here, there, and everywhere, all we here about these days is COVID and maak-wearing.  The innate fearful construct of humans seems to be the impetus for the mask-wearing frenzy, despite there not being any real conclusive evidence that doing such is a preventative measure for COVID-19.  Even President Trump is refusing to issue a blanket, all-encompassing mask mandate, and with good reason.  According to Fox News, President Trump believes people should have a "certain freedom" with which mask mandates interfere as of Friday, July 17, 2020.  Relatively, Judge Mark Henry of Galveston, TX stated "It is important that elected officials uphold their oaths to defend the Constitution and ensure individual freedoms remain in tact during and after this pandemic." According to the Connecticut Post, Stamford, CT Attorney Lindy Urso filed suit against Gov. Ned Lamont stating the "governor’s response to COVID-19 infringes on individual liberties, represent ever-increasing encroachments to individual freedoms and liberties, and has pushed [him] over the edge because I don't wear a mask and I don't think I should be forced to wear a mask.  On July 15, 2020 Gov. Brian Kemp of GA passed an executive order which banns municipality ordinance issuance requiring people wear masks, and the next day Gov. Kemp file a lawsuit against Atlanta Mayor Bottoms and the Atlanta City Council which argues "local and state municipalities do not have the legal authority to issue orders that are more or less restrictive than those issued by the governor."

We caught up with our favorite Advocate Greshun De Bouse to get her take on President Trump's stance.  She said this.

Chiefly, President Trump is prudent in not mandating masks for the reason he cited-freedom. I and all others in this land we say is 'of the free' have the constitutional and uninalienable rights to 'choose' to or not to wear a mask.  Even the CDC can not mandate such.  That is why you always see the statement 'The CDC reccommends…' this or that-because a mere recommendation is all they can provide.  Daily a supposed new finding relative to COVID is discovered; thus, research/data on COVID is inconclusive and unreliable at best.  I encourage all who believe in mask-wearing to do so.  But such persons can not infringe upon the rights of others to 'choose' not to wear a mask for medical, religious, or mere personal reasons.  Mask-wearing actually can usher in new health problems, exacerbate existing health problems, and there a persons with certain health conditions who really can not wear them for such reasons.  Yes, President Trump is prudent to avoid mask mandates and avoid connection to HIPPA, ADA, U.S. Constitution and BILL of Rights, and other violations of the citizens over which he has been entrusted during his presidency.  In addition, city and state mask mandates with exemptions are violatory because an exempt person will most likely need to state/reveal his or her 'exempt' status upon entering or while in an establishment to avoid conflict or adverse action.  However, there are very concise strict confidentiality and other regulations concerning one not being required to self-identify with or as having a medical condition. Even the FCRA has strict regulations concerning such identification.  This is a huge issue because if one is forced to self-identify as exempt in an establishment to avoid conflict and or adverse action, because only a certain group of conditions categorically exempt persons from mask mandate, the exempt person essentially has been forced to self-identify with a certain medical condition. Huge problem.  Further, no city mandate can be more stringent than a state mandate issued by the governor, and all mandates (though no such mandates are legally enforcable) must include clauses for exempt persons.  Shreveport Mayor Perkins tried issuing a mask mandate on July 8, 2020  and was hit with a temporary restraining order blocking it  by Judge Marcott just two days later on July 10, 2020.  Moreover, it is absolutely illegal for any entity to conrive theft from the people amid this time via illegally imposed fines or other penalties.  Ultimately, President Trump should steer clear of  a federal mask mandate that would be quite problematic, and exempt persons should not be forced to undergo the psychological and physiological distress, potential humiliation and scrutiny, harrassment and discrimination, threats of adverse action, and more while exercising their right to confidentiality from medical condition self-identification, or against forced identification of 'exempt' status in establishments. Across the nation from Arizona to Georgia to Colorado to NYC, to you name it persons have expressed violatory mask mandate disdain.  Of course there are persons who believe in mask wearing as well, but they haven't the right to harrass and/or otherwise penalize those who don't."

Our friend Advocate Greshun De Bouse always delivers such dynamic, factual, and eloquently stated information, even amid all ahe has had to overcome.  You may recall Advocate Greshun survived four near-death experiences at the hands of others in June 2020, one of which was a industry-professional-verified hole drilled in one of her car tires while en route to see President Trump.  Advocate Greshun survived and thrives after car bombings, being choked to #icantbreathestatus, and being hit by an allegedly speeding driver.  Advocate Greshun is the strongest most fearless force we know, and this is why she was recently called the 'Most Phenomenal Woman of 2020'.  Mask or no mask, we love Greshun and respect her knowledge and expertise.
