Greshun De Bouse: Shreveport Police Failure, Alleged Retaliation

Alleged Misconduct, Retaliation, Harrassment, and more against Shreveport Police Department

Shreveport, LA-Equality Advocate and Global Leader Greshun De Bouse promotes equality for all, irrespective of individual differences, and advocates for the disenfranchised, oppressed, downtrodden, underrepresented, and otherwise neutralized in an effort to facilitate positive change. De Bouse traditionally has promoted community and law enforcement collaboration to create positive dialogue and incite solution production to many issues of both citizen and police concern. A main emphasis De Bouse has promoted is the appropriate interaction techniques of driving age youth [especially males of color] during traffic stops with law enforcement to minimize needless arrests and/or injury-techniques De Bouse also exercises. Ultimately, Greshun De Bouse-who has expressed and promoted a positive outlook on the Shreveport Police Department (SPD)-has been sought out by neighborhood associations, state organizations, and other groups to lead in alleviating the disconnect between citizens who express disdain for Shreveport Police Department and internal department corruption and the actual Shreveport Police Department. It is important to preface the following information with this information on Greshun De Bouse's positive outlook and positive promotion of, and positive interaction with SPD and law enforcement in general, to dispell any myth or misconception of her view of law enforcement. In fact, Greshun De Bouse has stated publicly in the media and otherwise how she respects law enforcement for risking their lives daily to protect her and other citizens. Therefore, Greshun De Bouse's positive view on law enforcement clearly is established.

That is at least until "the most recent incidences and turn of events revealed just how strategically malicious, retaliatory, corrupt, criminal, and unprotective Shreveport Police Department can be toward me," De Bouse says.

According to Greshun De Bouse, during a recent assault by a caucasian male, Shreveport Police Department 911 Dispatch was contacted.  While in fear for her life, De Bouse is heard on the call asking the 911 dispatcher for help getting the criminal away from her. Though there is a 911 call during which the assault occurred, written and verbal witness statement, admission by the SPD Assistant Captain, a corporal and lieutenant working with the case that an assault and/or battery was committed,  SPD failed to initially follow protocol by arresting this criminal on the scene with a witness statement of what occurred.  Thereafter to present, Shreveport Police Department allegedly has attempted to cover up the matter and silence or neutralize Greshun De Bouse for speaking out against their wrongdoing.  SPD failed me. Allegedly, SPD has hindered the process by various means and have systematically launched a carding, stalking, and harrassment campaign against Greshun De Bouse wherein she is stopped at random when driving for absolutely no reason other than fear instillation attempts, and collecting her data in an attempt to maliciously establish a ficticious case.  Now De Bouse says "Representatives from SPD, Caddo Sherriffs Office, Bossier Police Department (BPD) and Bossier Sherriff's Office follow her relentlessly wherever she travels.  Remember this is a retaliation act, so they have enlisted the help of other like entities.  This is bullying at its worst from those who should serve and protect.   This is also referred to as stalking-gangstalking because they stalk in gangs or groups.  These law enforcement persons follow me in their work cars so closely, turn on sirens and extremely bright lights behind me, try to run me off the road and more.  De Bouse says "I am not intimidated by law enforcement at all, and encourage them to stop their criminal and retaliatory antics.  I was assaulted according to Louisiana law.  I have the right to demand SPD arrest the attacker-especially with witness account.  I have witness statement.  There is a 911 call indicative of the incident. I am within my rights.  Shreveport Police Department failed to follow protocol by arresting my attacker-even with witness statement-and now they are retaliating because I am demanding they do their job-the first of which is to serve and protect.  They are utilizing criminal tactics such as brightening, carding, intimidation attempts, and even soliciting help of other entities and persons to harrass/ stalk me throughout each day to 'neutralize' me, De Bouse alleges.  Shreveport Police Department has endangered my life by still having not arrested my attacker to date.  De Bouse can not delve too deeply into the particulars of the case because of legality and investigative reasons.  In an even more recent event Greshun De Bouse says "I was assaulted by a Dollar Tree employee, an SPD supervisor saw and heard the assault on video and informed me that the attacker would be charged with simple assault, but this supervisor still stated she would not put the attacker in handcuffs and take her to jail so she could go home to her kids.  I was speechless about this..to know you have evidence staring law enforcement in the face that they admit to seeing but refuse to act on...that's a tough pill to swallow.  The supervisor contended she has the right to make that call of not taking my attacker to jail.  I was so floored, beyond belief.  This was strategically malicious..  So criminals get to go home to their kids now after assaulting someone? Really?"  Greshun says "This blatant retaliation and injustice must stop-not just for me, but for all who endure such injustice at the hands of the law. It is disheartening to know law enforcement only does their job when certain people are involved.  The supervisor alleged she technically arrested my attacker but did not put her innhandcuffs and take her to jail so she could go home to her kids.  This is not arrest at all.  Demanding that SPD do their job is my right especially when I am a victim of crime.  I am not intimidated, and my constitutional rights are still applicable.  Also, after this story is released, I will be targeted even more for harrassment, and the other aforementioned things."  We will keep you updated on this and more cases relative to Greshun De Bouse as information is available.  UPDATE:

As an update to this story originally released on 2.29.20, we have the following information. Greshun De Bouse states "I was harrassed by SPD on the night of 3.1.20 as they used a brightening technique to encamp about me and blind me with their bright, flashing lights. There was absolutely no reason for the lights, but they sat there blinding me with them. Then on 3.2.20 I was followed at least three separate times by SPD at the market, whole food market, and USPS. Flashing lights and sirens were used on me and there was no emergency. In fact, immediately when I pulled off, the harrassing/stalking SPD person/s. turned lights off and left as I did driving normally. You see, if they can not control you, they evilly orchestrate a malicious plan to set you up for ultimate destruction. I will be adding to this story daily as the harrasment, etc. continues."

UPDATE:  Greshun De Bouse says, "As of March 7, 2020, I am still gangstalked/harrassed by law enforcement, the fire department, EMS, and the like. Police vehicles, fire trucjs, ambulances, and the like now either use headlight brightening when gangstalking me and/or will drive by me at night with absolutely no lights on at all (which is illegal mind you). If I am driving and I look up, I will see one of the aforementioned vehicles behind me, and/or on the sides of me boxing me in. The hornblowing and door slamming gangstalking harrassment has increased in intensity, whereas the aforementioned entities-police, fire department, EMS, pass by me and honk horns, park next to me and ignite alarms and repeatedly slam doors, and more."

UPDATE 3.11.20

Greshun De Bouse says "So much has occurred since the 3.7.20 update, it is too overwhelming to discuss.  But today at approximately 9:25 am I was assaulted by a DOTD State Farm-sponsored driver and again harrassed by SPD.  This is all on video as it is too mich to speak on at the moment.  I asked the officers to stop harrassing me. The main culprit gave a name of Kevin Goodwin."
