Vancouver, April 5, 2018 – Exceptional growth on track to achieve 7-figures in annual recurring revenue for the small, local, and very early stage reputation marketing tech startup NiceJob, is spurring on a new round of hires that will double NiceJob’s team size, taking them from five full-time staff to over ten in the next month. MRR has increased 53.6% in the last two months alone, an indication of the excessive demand the company is currently facing.
These new hires will help the company manage the overwhelming demand it has received as its biggest problem continues to be having too of it, and not enough capacity to reach out to everyone requesting more information.
“We are incredibly excited to be able to grow our team to better meet our customers’ needs. It is important to us that everyone we bring on is closely aligned with our company values of integrity, humble leadership, and community. Our company’s ability to help small business owners and franchisees achieve financial independence, and to spend less time on their marketing and more with their families, is exactly what we’re trying to scale, and these new team members will help us do that,” said Director of Growth, Connor Wilson.
NiceJob is primarily hiring roles in customer success, sales, marketing, and service operations (designing “Web design clients’ websites.)
Among the new jobs posted is the new PPC Services Specialist role, the first in a series of new positions to be posted in the future for NiceJob’s new upcoming PPC advertising management service. This is in response to its web management clients’ requests for a larger stack of services.
Two of these new roles have already been filled by promising University of Victoria Economics program graduates Fateh Dhaliwal, and Zoya Khurana, with hundreds of applicants flooding in for the remaining positions.
NiceJob has been establishing recruiting partnerships with most of the top business schools in Canada, and has set up a hiring process that is allowing applicants to interview as soon as they apply via one-way video responses, creating a much more unique and expedient candidate experience that has spurred this wave of applicants.
“We had one customer sign up who’s young daughter was wanting to spend time with him, but he was too busy working on his company website outside of work hours to do so. Helping people like him get back time with his daughter while still helping his business grow is what gets us up in the morning. By increasing our team size, we will be able to help more people just like him serve their communities and provide for and spend more time with their families,” said Lars Kristensen, Founder of NiceJob.
NiceJob expects to further this level of growth as it plans to enter enterprise markets later this year.
NiceJob Growing Fast, Will Double Team Size in April.
