No festive fails for Northwood!

Just in time for Christmas, Stuart Williams, owner of Northwood in West Norwood and Bromley and Daisy Lets in Forest Hill has announced the launch of a new 24/7 out-of-hours property management package with Aspect Maintenance Services to ensure that any emergency maintenance issues are dealt with swiftly and efficiently.

“Aspect is a large, well-known London company with a team of reputable, professional and accredited contractors covering multiple trades, including plumbing, electrics and roofing,” says Stuart. “Emergency problems can occur at any time of the year, but with Christmas fast approaching, I thought this was a perfect time for us to sign up with Aspect, so that our tenants can enjoy the festive season without worrying about issues such as heating or hot water failures.”

Prior to becoming a Northwood business owner, Stuart was a professional landlord, making him perfectly positioned to understand the challenges that landlords and tenants face, and enabling him to come up with effective solutions.

“Aspect will provide a dedicated help desk and priority booking service for our clients, which is easily accessed online,” he explains. “On receiving details of the problem they will then send out an expert tradesperson to make the necessary repairs.

“I acquired Daisy Lets in June of this year, and it was already the number one agency in Forest Hill. I was determined to work hard to develop and expand Daisy Lets and Northwood, to ensure that all our clients receive enhanced levels of outstanding customer service that really set us apart from the competition.
