HUMACAO, P.R. (12/17/18) Loyalty is one of Seva Beauty’s core values, so it should come as no surprise that during Black Friday they launched one of the most disruptive customer loyalty programs the beauty industry has ever seen!
With millions of customers nationwide, the program, called “Beauty Bucks”, will allow visitors to earn points with every purchase and then redeem them for discounts on their favorite beauty services and retail products.
The program launched nationwide across 29 states and 170 Studios. “It’s an exciting program that shows our customers that the concept of loyalty is bilateral. They have given to us by cementing us as the leader in our industry and we want to reciprocate.” says Founder Vas Maniatis.
The loyalty program differs from many other retailers in that Seva Beauty® is letting customers spend points as money, instead of limiting them to specific rewards! Customers earn 5 cents per dollar for every service or product purchased. The rewards never expire and they can be redeemed once they have at least $1 in their Beauty Bank (about $20 worth of transactions). To keep track of their earnings, receipts will showcase the rewards accumulated after each purchase.
