Memphis, TN-She's done it again! Yes, we're talking about the unstoppable,  incomparable Greshun De Bouse and her new De Bouse Lean song and dance (aka Louisiana Lean).  In addition to all of her other impactful global work, Louisiana native and Equality Advocate and Activist Greshun De Bouse has created her De Bouse Lean or Louisiana Lean-an up-tempo, reverential song and dance/workout highlighting Louisiana as part of the Bible-Belt and promoting all to "lean" on God for all things.  But not only does the Louisiana Lean have a powerful message, but also it has a catchy up-tempo beat and hook that is being embraced by people outside of Louisiana.  One place is Memphis.  The Louisiana Lean has caught on in Memphis-also part of the Bible-Belt with people from kids to elderly doing the dance while singing the song.  Greshun De Bouse says,

"Now more than ever we should "lean" on God for guidance. Like Proverbs 3:5, we should 'trust in the Lord with all our hearts.' I'm glad I was blessed to create something so meaningful and catchy. Praising God doesn't mean you're boring and dead. Praising God should be exciting and lively. I created the song and dance in alignment with Psalms 100 'Make a joyful noise unto the Lord all ye lands," and Psalms 149:3 'Let them praise his name in the dance.'  Let everything that hath breath praise the Lord (Psalms 150:6)"
Now the De Bouse Lean is already being sung and performed in churches.  Also, since the dance is a workout that may tone target body areas and improve dexterity and orientation, organizations like nursing homes, rehab facilities, etc. are adopting De Bouse Lean for clients and patients.  De Bouse says the Louisiana Lean song and dance is for all people "whether walking or in a wheelchair,  at home or in a hospital bed."  Like always, Greshun De Bouse has done it again; she has created something ingenious and useful to help others.
