Classification of industrial boilers

In the field of energy production and processing, boiler tubes are indispensable key components. 1. Water tube boilers

3. Water-fire tube combined boiler
The water-fire tube combined boiler combines the advantages of water tube boiler and fire tube boiler. This boiler reduces the manufacturing cost and maintenance difficulty while maintaining high thermal efficiency, and is suitable for industrial enterprises of all sizes.

4. Hot air boiler
Hot air boiler is mainly used to generate high-temperature hot air instead of steam or hot water. This boiler is usually used in industrial production processes that require drying, baking or heating treatment. The characteristics of hot air boilers are fast heating speed and precise temperature control, which are suitable for industrial production occasions with specific needs for hot air.

Selection of boiler tube materials:

In the application scenario of high-pressure boilers, commonly used steel tube materials include carbon steel tubes, alloy steel tubes and stainless steel tubes. These materials each have unique characteristics, so they can adapt to different types of boilers and complex working environments.

1. Carbon steel tubes, as traditional boiler tube materials, are mainly suitable for boilers with low operating temperatures and pressures. It has excellent processing performance and relatively low cost, but its durability is slightly insufficient in high temperature and high pressure environments.

2. Alloy steel tubes, by incorporating elements such as nickel, chromium, and molybdenum, significantly improve the strength, high temperature resistance, and corrosion resistance of the material. This type of steel tube is very suitable for use in high temperature and high pressure environments, and can significantly extend the service life of boiler pipes.

3. Stainless steel tubes, with their excellent oxidation resistance, corrosion resistance, and high strength, are particularly suitable for boiler applications that require extremely high temperature resistance and corrosion resistance. Especially in environments with corrosive gases and chemicals, stainless steel tubes can show excellent durability.
