Luigi Zunino, born in Nizza Monferrato (AL), Italy, on the 24th April 1959 is a real estate investor and developer, founder of Risanamento SpA, a listed Italian property company.
He began his career with the development of commercial real estate areas in the North of Italy to the design and upgrading of urban fabrics in large Italian cities and buildimg many hypermarkets on the behalf of Esselunga and Unes.
Cultivating the ambition of investing in the most prestigious location, his companies acquired many prestigious buildings or areas around the world: in 660 Madison Avenue, in the most exclusive area of Manhattan, buildings located in the heart of Paris, in the most prestigious streets of the city, the so-called Triangle d'Or (sold on 2014 for € 1,2 billion and more).
Mr. Zunino was President and CEO of Risanamento SpA, CEO of Milano Santa Giulia SpA, part of the Mediobanca Supervisory Board, President and CEO of Tradim SpA, President of Immobiliare Cascina Rubina Srl and owned a shareholding of 3.78% of Mediobanca SpA.
Mr. Zunino is now President and CEO of Zunino Investissements.

On 2nd June 2003, Luigi Zunino received the title of “Cavaliere del Lavoro” (an Italian knighthood recognizing professional excellence); he is one of the youngest entrepreneurs to have been awarded with this prestigious title in the hundred-year-old history of the Order.
